Is it any different today – YES! It is better in that new staff have three days to be oriented to Head Start business.
~ Day one focuses on HR topics: handbooks/benefits, etc.
~ Day two is about professional development and ORO,
~ Day three is training on the systems, civil rights, bloodborne pathogens, and more!
