The 5Rs describe the purpose behind the efforts of effective early learning leaders, and the practices they put into action to promote quality teaching and learning.

In this first webinar, review the high-impact markers of effective early learning leaders. Explore the first “R” to learn about responsive relationships with staff. Discover key practices that create a culture of trust, belonging, and equity. Find out what these practices look like in a variety of settings. Learn how a commitment to intentional leadership sets the stage for effective teaching and learning.
