On Friday, February 10, the Clear Lake Open House welcomed families, friends, Board members and even a visit by Rep. Fahey. We have been housed in the school for years, now we have our own building behind the elementary school with the space for children to learn, grow and explore.

It was years in the making, first was the approval by the Bethel School Board, followed by the Federal funding application. As if that wasn’t enough, COVID Hit! COVID shut the build down for a year then we struggled with finding supplies, contractors and we all had staff shortages from the City to the State to us being able to open the building with teaching staff. It truly was a team effort to bring this building to life.

Now it is filled with happy sounds, smiling faces and the sun filled the room with warmth and visions of new beginnings.
