I loved these photos because of the flexibility of the father with us during our virtual visits at El Camino Head Start. Due to changes that the family had to make because of COVID-19, now the father attends our visits and participates together along with his two other children while mother is at work.
During our weekly visits with our families we incorporated a well organized-personally academic curriculum to meet our child’s and family needs. During this visit we spend about 10 minutes doing music and movement “A Ram Sam Sam” and “Freeze Dance” songs with the family. My co teacher and I got a chance to see how this family were enjoying this time together. We chose to share these photos to motivate other parents to get involved in their children’s education.
