Three year awards were given to COVID hired staff, who started their job in a virtual world, creating new materials, learning new teaching styles and tools and how to engage families online. Now it’s like they are newly hired…again, as they learn in-person instruction in the classroom.
It was a definite crash course in creativity at its best, for all staff, who weathered the challenges and rose above the chaos to continue to ensure that our youngest children have a solid foundation for life.
