Help Rename Whiteaker

The following survey will help inform the Renaming Committee of the wider understanding of staff, community and parents, focus on the parameters of the name change. At the end of the survey, suggestions for the new name may be given. Each suggestion should include a statement of why the name is offered as a possibility and how the name supports the Mission Statement, goals, and work of Head Start of Lane County.
