The Springfield School District loss the lease to the building utilized for alternative teen programs. The lease Springfield School District has with Head Start of Lane County and EC-CARES has been terminated so they can re-purpose it for teen programs. We must be out of the building by June 30 2019. Brattain Head Start families have been made aware of this information.
We are sadden by the loss of the Springfield Brattain Early Learning Center, serving ten classes. The Agency is currently searching and planning to locate classrooms to serve the 188 Head Start students.
